Direction, Design & Delivery
Triarch (noun / p: tri-arc): Someone who takes responsibility, provides leadership and ensures things get built and work.
“This is who I am, and this is who we are.”
- Robin Hobbs
What I’ve heard:
“We’re drowning in ideas but short on outcomes.”
“Sales and marketing should be performing better than they are.”
“We’re working harder than ever, but not moving forward any faster.”
What I’ve seen:
As businesses scale, growth paths become less clear.
More people get added, more initiatives get sponsored, and more activities get started, but momentum doesn’t build and growth plateaus (or worse declines).
Direction, Design and Delivery drift out of alignment making sustainable growth seem impossible.
What I do:
-
Together through coaching and advisory workshops we clarify the next stage of growth and what success looks like. We confirm what matters most, and where you as the founder should focus your effort and energy.
We will work through goals, strategy, people, process, technology and data elements, focusing in on what will actually move your business forward.
-
With the direction set and understood, attention shifts to solving problems and designing the structure and systems required to support sustainable growth.
We evaluate how the organisation is set up, how decisions are made, and how work flows before designing specific interventions and implementing improvement programmes.
We collaborate closely, but I am accountable for successful outcomes.
-
Working in true partnership, and only where it makes sense I join your leadership team as a fractional growth lead to turn strategy into action, align teams, and build real, momentum.
The ultimate goal being to ensure changes stick and execution is focused and consistent.
